It happens to all of us. With the amount of accounts we all have nowadays its understandable that sometimes passwords get forgotten.
Most of our long time customers will know to phone us and we will reset your password and pass it on to the Clerk. But now, we have a new way for you to retrieve lost passwords!
Regardless of what email software you use to access the email we host for you, you can also log in at https://webmail.visionict.com/. If it's your first time logging in, you may get a pop up asking you to enter your mobile number (remember to change it to +44 at the beginning)
If you do this then when you forget your password you can click on the link on the webmail log in page to be sent a new password via text message.
You need to write your email in all lowercase and then enter the new password you have been sent into the password box.
If you didn't chose to enter a mobile number when you first logged in, don't worry! Once you are logged into webmail you will see in the top right corner your email address followed by a menu (symbolised by 3 horizontal lines on top of each other). Click on this menu and then select the option for "Update Phone". Enter your mobile number (remember to change it to +44 at the beginning) and then if you do ever forget your password you will be able to receive a new one via text by following the instructions above.
