Our V6 websites are the easiest of our websites to upload minutes and agendas to. To make a new year on your drop down list you need to:

1. If you cannot see any meetings, press submit next to the year drop down. 
2. Under any meeting, press the icon that looks like a page with a plus sign. This will take you to the "Add new meeting" page. 
3. In the date section write in any future date (if you want a 2023 drop down menu, type 2022-01-06 for example). If you have an agenda you can add it at this time, as well as a venue and a start time if you want. Then press save. 
4. A new year will be added to your drop down list.
